REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

To place a cancellation or refund request for a product or services with SWEVEN ART STUDIO, You would need to contact SWEVEN ART STUDIO via email at swevenartstudio@gmail.com by phone at +91 9537918702 or by accessing your profile with SWEVEN ART STUDIO.

Please provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within a 3 Working days’ standard response period and we will notify you via email or Registered Contact Number of the results. We reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases with a prior notice to you.

In case of request of cancellation due to Defect or Damages of any product we would request customer to take video of the damaged product and keep record of the same it is mandatory requirement in case of damage products.

Refund or cancellation requests are accepted up to 7 days from the date of payment made to SWEVEN ART STUDIO. In case of misunderstandings between SWEVEN ART STUDIO Refund Policy and the Plan terms, the present Refund policy will prevail. 

If the refund request is granted by SWEVEN ART STUDIO, payments are refunded as follows:

  1. Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (7) business days;
  2. Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end user;
  3. Razor pay payments will be refunded within one (7) business day;
  4. Other payment methods will be refunded within seven (7) days.

If applicable, SWEVEN ART STUDIO reserve the right to hold the refund payment until we validate the reason for refund or cancellation mentioned by you.

The present Refund policy is part of SWEVEN ART STUDIO Terms and Conditions Policy.

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy. Product return policies will be decided by the supplier at the time of Delivery or Selling of the product. SWEVEN ART STUDIO may change the Policy depending upon the products and service and its suppliers.
